Good Vibe Cinema + Noble House Media  have joined forces to once again to 

celebrate our favorite time of the year! After our spectacular screening and premiere of 'FRANKIE'  at Cinema Under The Stars on Halloween Night of 2023, we decided to keep the spooky shindig going and expand the event to highlight the work of all sorts of incredible indie filmmakers by founding The San Diego Halloween Film Festival!
